As first time home buyers we had our reservations. The stress of navigating through this uncharted territory in this ridiculous market was quite frightening. At times there was doubt whether we'd even get in the market as houses were going well above asking without any subjects. We were also hit with a slight roadblock when Michelle had to self-isolate. However, she found a great team member to assist with the showings, while she worked on the back end, so we wouldn't miss out as the market was moving very quickly. Michelle stayed focused, positive and encouraged us along the way. Her communication skills are impeccable as she always checked in after each showing and gave us updates throughout. And she was quick to respond to my questions, no matter what day or time it was.

It is very difficult to find a great realtor these days who wants to work with you for the right reasons and make this experience a special one. We never felt pressured to buy with Michelle. She is honest and realistic, which we respect and admire a lot. We honestly got lucky in this market as Michelle negotiated a great deal for us in such a short amount of time; and we were under our budget. Some of the language in contracts, stratas and titles are difficult to navigate through but she was always very patient and understanding. She explained everything thoroughly, and in some cases, a few times if I still didn't understand it.

Michelle - we cannot thank you enough for guiding us through one of the biggest and most stressful decisions of our lives. We just moved from Alberta to BC just under two months ago and having been in Canada for only 2 years, such a big move was rather daunting but Michelle made it such an easy transition for us.
